OLF Get together at ASIA

Its looking like there’s going to be a lot of OLF’ers at ASIA this year.
So does anybody what to set a time and day for a gathering?
Maybe dinner someplace?

Just tossing out ideas?

Im going to be there Friday and Saturday, Leaving Sunday Morning.

Sounds good to me Lance. Although with all the great lecturers/presenters/players etc I don't know if we'll have time to grab a sandwich. Are you bringing Mom and your Daughter? I was going to and then realized that I wouldn't be able to spend much time with them.

I'll be on campus. Any time is fine except the night of the actual ASIA dinner I guess.

I know of a great place downtown where the bathroom (that tends to overflow) is directly above the pool table. Brad Goodman can attest to great atmosphere of this place!

Last time, we tended to venture out later in the evenings as there always seemed to be stuff going on earlier.

The auction should not be missed ... fun stuff.

If you come up with a firm date, please post it here. I may only be able to make it on Friday or Saturday. Friday if my wife has no big plans for my 50th, and Saturday if I'm not too hung over.

Not sure exactly...but isn't that when the auction is happening? I'm NOT missing the auction...it's supposed to be the best part of the event...

Usually Saturday night is one you don't want to miss. Auction, concert, ect.   What about lunch?

Lance and everyone, Saturday night will not work, 6-7:30 supper, 7:30-9pm Concert, and 9 on is the Auction. It will probably have to be Fri night. Robbie O. and I are trying to make it out there if we can swing it, but we won't know until Wed if it possible. So we may see you all there. Oh, and Lance, if I do get to go, I'll be in the Ervin voicing class too on Friday. That and the Frets class by Frank Ford will be the highlight of the trip, behind meeting fellow OLF's!

I second that Brock...

should I be concerned about not being able to fit in a certain class?

I trust there will be room for all in Ervin`s class.
I`m into paul Beards reso set up class as well.

I hear that one can set up mini disc`s in classes that they cant be in at the same time.... is this going to be allowed? if so, I wont miss a thing.

Sounds like this is going to be a BIG OLF party! Also, sounds like Ervin's going to be packed. Get there early I understand they have a limit on the class size. RICK is that so?

I WAS going to leave Friday morning - but the class starts at 9:am so I have to get there a day ahead and grab my room for one extra night.
